The line consists of the following machines and tools:
- Vertical block machine for wood cutting
- Loading transporter to pass the source wood material
- Rolling transporter for longitudinal transport of the prisms, boards and leftovers
- Chain transporters for lateral transport of the prisms, boards, leftovers. They are combined with pneumatic valves, senors and other automation tools.
On the first station, the side boards are split by lateral chain transporter, integrated in to the rolling one, which is followed by two chain transporters moving the pieces outside where they can be palletized. On the second stations the prisms and boards are transported by a system consisting of pneumatic valves and lateral chain transporters to a cutting machine for splitting and dimensioning. The line has different control regimes for the variants of the desired end produce.
