BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
The line is driven by 2 operators – one at the cutting station and one at the peeling machine and sorting transporter.
The driving of the line is via commanding units for the two operators.
The operator at the cutting station provides just the final length of the sample, the other tasks are done automatiaclly. The operator at the peeling station provides the length of the sample to be peeled, the sorting is done automatically.
LINE COMPONENTS:
1. Chain transporter for loading the samples
– 4 chain segments with length of 6000mm and width of 4000mm
2. Line transporter for handling the samples to the cutting station
– length 8000 mm
– width 600 mm
3. Cutting station. Consists of Circular saw for lateral cutting and dimensioning station
– diameter of the samples – 40 – 120 mm
– length 800 – 2000 mm
– 6 form factors.
4. Line transporter for handling the cut samples
– length 4500 mm
– width 600 mm
5. Slanted line transporter for moving the leftovers from cutting station to container
– length – 3500 mm
– width – 400 mm
6. Chain transporter for lateral moving of the samples to the second station of the automatic line.
– 4 chains with length 3500 mm and width 1500mm to move the samples with different lengths
7. Peeling machine
– diameter of samples – 40 – 120 mm
– length of samples – 800 – 200 mm
8. Sorting line transporter, completed with 6 stations to sort by length
– length 10 000 mm, width 500 mm
