BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
It contains a cassette with 5 tools with changing knives, pusher, tightening mechanism and system to extract the split pieces.
The machine has automatic splitting cycle that includes – tightening, insertion, splitting, extracting of the split pieces and returning the pusher to initial position. The tightening of samples at the entrance and exit is pneumatic. The splitting knives are mechanically attached, can be switched and are the same kind for all splitting tools. The choice of splitting tool is done at the command unit.
The process can be further automated by including two transporters – at the entrance and exit.
